Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up and we will continue to do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Any cancellations, postponements, and/or tardiness require 24-hour advance notification by calling the spa at

(440) 526-0522.

Should you be unable to notify us and subsequently miss your appointment, the first time is a freebie. If, however, you no-call/no-show us a second time, you will be charged one-half the cost of the service for which you were scheduled. A third no-call/no-show will result in you being charged the full cost of the service for which you were scheduled. As for tardiness, please respect other clients’ time by arriving at the spa five minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Any tardiness will be deducted in minutes from your scheduled time.

 

 

Bridal Parties or Large Group Reservations
The Spa has a 72-hour cancellation policy for wedding parties and large groups. A credit card is required to reserve your group reservation. Reservations are subject to a service charge if canceled within 72 hours of the time of service.
